How much will my property rent for?

The rent for a property is based on several factors. The location, property size and type, conditions and features, market trends, seasonality, and comparable rentals are all considered when determining the proper rent rate for your property. 

How long does it take to rent out a house?

The time it takes to rent a house can vary widely based on several factors, including location, market conditions, and the specific requirements of the rental process. Generally, it can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks.

What are your insurance requirements?

Owners should have a public liability insurance policy( Landlords Policy) that names the broker as an additional insured and covers losses related to the property in an amount of no less than $500,000 per occurrence. They should also have an insurance policy in an amount equal to the reasonable replacement cost of the property’s improvements and contains endorsements which contemplate the leasing of the property with vacancies between lease terms.
